As I learned, Siphon Blood proc's them a decent bit, but with the Funerary Pick, the Miranae and Rose constantly proc due to the number of enemies being hit and the constant damage provided by Siphon. For rings, Briggs tends to make fighting groups of mobs a lot smoother, and convention helps tear through boss when timing your cycles properly(do note- the bone armors poison?stun rune actually does a fair chunk of damage, so be sure to also keep that ability in cycle). The passive swift harvest is picked because faster siphon=more proc's. Then its combined with the Inarius set to rocket the damage of the Smite and the Blood Nova.
